How do I create an account?

Choose 'My Account' from the header or footer menu to get set up. 'My Account' is also the place to check on the progress of your orders. It will even keep track of items you've put into your shopping cart but not yet taken through to check out. That way you won't have to start all over again if you get interrupted part-way through shopping.

I forgot my password.

In this day and age when we have passwords and logons for everything it happens all the time. No probs, just go to 'My Account' and click on the 'Forgotten your password?' link. As long as you haven't forgotten which email address you have logged in with you will have your password in minutes.

If it all gets too hard and you are unsure which email address you have used then simply contact us at info@gearguys.com.au and we will help you out once we have verified your identity.

I have a question on my charges.

The only time that we will charge you is when you place an order. We do not keep any of your payment details on file. Therefore the only amount we can ever charge you is the amounts stated in your shopping cart and check-out process.

However if there is an error of some description then please notify us at info@gearguys.com.au and we will attempt to resolve the issue for you.

I need a copy of my receipt

If for some reason a receipt is not present in the shipment you receive, please contact us at info@gearguys.com.au and we will provide an electronic copy straight away while we mail a paper copy to you.

How do I find my products?

There are three ways to find the item you are looking for: 1) Browse through the store's categories; 2) Use the search tool to find the item through keywords; 3) Browse by brand using the drop down box located in the top right hand corner of the page

Price

All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars and will not alter from the time of your purchase to the time you are charged. Our prices are in-line with the rest of the Australian industry. If you have come to our site from abroad then our prices may look expensive but that it is really only a small price to pay for living in the best country in the world!

Security

This shopping cart has 128bit Secure Socket Layer protection i.e. the highest level protection for internet sales. We also use PayPal, an international industry leader in the provision of online payment systems. Their reputation provides added protection that your financial details will be securely processed. Because we use PayPal, GearGuys never has access to your financial information.
