Shipping Information
What are my shipping charges?
GearGuys offer flat rates for shipping to keep things easy to calculate. Regular shipping is $6.50. We choose to use our national carrier, Australia Post. Regular shipping is sent via Registered Parcel Post and will arrive in most destinations within 3 days. For guidelines on delivery services please refer to Australia Post.
Do you ship to my country?
If you live in Australia - YES, otherwise - NO. We are bound by the distribution policies of the brands that we sell and most of them only allow us to ship to Australia, so we keep it simple and only with within Australia.
When will my order ship?
Our reaction time is pretty good and most orders ship withing 48 hours of payment being received. We will let you know if a hold up is expected.
How do I know my order has been received?
Once you have gone through the check out and payment procedure you will receive an email notification of your order. This will outline your billing and shipping details, a summary of the items that you have ordered and an itemised account of all the charges. Once you receive this you can rest assured that we have your order and are working on turning it around for you as soon as posisble.
How do I track my order? Has it been shipped?
Simply login to 'My Account' for up-to-date info on your order.
Help, my order never arrived!
Hrmm, thats strange, but dont panic. Contact us at info@gearguys.com.au quoting your order number and we will get straight onto it.
An item is missing from my shipment.
We choose to consolidate all your purchases together and send in one shipment - its better for the environment and ensures easier tracking of orders. If for whatever reason we choose to part-ship your order we will notify you in advance of your order status.
If you have not received any notification from us that we will be part-shipping your order and you are missing an item from your shipment then please contact us at info@gearguys.com.au quoting your order number.
When will my back order arrive?
We will always keep you up-to-date with the status of your order. If for whatever reason we experience a delay with your order we will notify you of the problem and let you decide how you would like us to proceed. If you cannot wait then we will provide a complete refund and cancel your order, or if patience is your best virtue then we will advise you on the ETA. Rest assured we will do everything in our power to ship your order ASAP.
