When you become a GearGuys customer by making a purchase, we require no more information than is necessary to ensure your goods get delivered to you safely.  We simply require a name, address, email contact and a phone number.  The financial transaction is done enitrely through ANZ egate with your credit card or you can make a direct deposit into our GearGuys bank account.  At no point do we see or record your credit card details.  These are handled from whoa to go by ANZ egate.

If you would like your information removed entirely from our database then send your request through to info@gearguys.com.au and we will respect your wishes and process your request quickly.

As a registered customer, you will receive emails from us periodically.  These contain information regarding new products, special deals and possibly interesting stories on gear we've been testing.  If you do not wish to receive any futher correspondence from us, simply click on 'unsubscribe' at the bottom of the email and you'll be off the mailing list.  

GearGuys customers can also manage their account details by logging in.  Here you can modify and update your account information, shipping and billing addresses and even view past orders.

If you're not quite ready to make a purchase but would like to stay in the loop on developments here, you can register your name, email and phone number with us and we'll drop you an email from time to time.  We are constantly adding new brands and products and always seem to have a deal on the go, so this is how you can sign up for that.  Rest assured your information is safe with us and no third-party will ever get their hands on your details.  Again, if you'd like to have your information removed from our database, simply email us at info@gearguys.com.au and we'll process your request promptly or unsubscribe from our emails if you're no longer interested in hearing from us.
