The reason we like it so much is that it is so simple. The fabric is GREAT. The Polartec Textured 100 is exceptionally warm and soft and features a unique finish that gives it all the properties of fleece but without the standard fleece look. We think its very well executed and extends the usefulness of the jacket.
The jacket is cut with some nice lines, it fits great and the zip-in compatibility allows you to combine it with a like shells to provide a versatile insulated waterproofing solution.
